Carlos AI Daily Sources is Carlos Castro's private productivity assistant, operated personally by the owner. With the owner's explicit Google authorization, it reads selected Gmail messages and Google Calendar events to prepare a private Daily Brief. The integration is read-only: it cannot send email and cannot create, edit, delete, or respond to calendar events.
Access is limited to Carlos's two designated Google accounts and is not offered to the public. OAuth read-only Gmail access is authorized for figocastro@gmail.com, and OAuth read-only Calendar access is authorized for castrocarlos.realtor@gmail.com.
From Gmail, it reads the sender, subject, date, labels and categories, unread state, and message/thread identifiers. It does not persist message bodies or snippets in Daily Sources artifacts.
From Google Calendar, it reads the event title, start and end times, status, timezone, the presence of a location or conference link, and the attendee count. It does not persist event descriptions or attendee identities.
OAuth tokens are stored locally in the macOS Keychain, and Daily Brief artifacts are kept in Carlos's private local runtime. This data is used only to create and maintain the private Daily Brief and to prevent account confusion or staleness, and the tool is used only by Carlos.
Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not used to train public or third-party AI models, and is not shared with third parties, except for strictly necessary local processing requested by Carlos or where required by law.
Carlos AI cannot send email or modify calendar events. Access can be revoked at any time from the security settings of the corresponding Google Account. Deletion requests can be sent to castrocarlos.realtor@gmail.com.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
